These classes include mostly a form of training or activity that consists of static and active stretching of muscular tissue.

- Use a "sticky" surface exercise mat and bare feet
- Warm up the muscles before stretching
- Use breathing techniques to help relax (release contraction) of muscles
- Work within your range of motion, never forcing or "bouncing" a stretch
- Practice "internal focus"...listen to your body and never allow pain to be a part of the equation
