Specialty: These classes are tailored to special population groups whose fitness needs are different than that of the general population.
PRENATAL - We offer an entire prenatal program with classes including cardio, strength and yoga for the expectant mother. Several factors are taken into consideration when designing a class for pregnant participants: lack of balance, weakness in the joints, the need to exercise at a lower heart rate, the need to work the abdominals in a position other than horizontal, and the need to continue to gain muscular strength and endurance in preparation for labor. Studies have shown that an effective exercise program helps to deliver a healthier baby.
POSTNATAL / MOMMY & ME - We also offer an entire series of classes designed for the weeks and months after the birth of a baby. Several classes are offered including cardio, strength and stretching exercises - all designed to assist in the recovery period after childbirth.

OVERWEIGHT/LIMITED MOBILITY- We invite you to discover “Heavyweight Yoga” designed specifically for individuals who are at least 50 lbs overweight. These classes take into consideration factors like limited mobility and flexibility and are designed to comfort, motivate and inspire people to gain movement and set them on a path to better health and well being.
