I love leg lifts! It's great to have a leg workout other than 8 million squats (I get sick of squats after a while). Floorwork is awesome! My only disappointment was that there was no inner-thigh work. Great otherwise though!

I did this class just after doing cardiokickbox & I was delighted when Valerie said at the beginning that this class was all mat work. This class really does work your legs & although these are exercises I've done before they are still very challenging. I especially like this class because you don't need any equipment & is ideal when you don't have a lot ot time. I'll definately do this one again. Well done Valerie.

Awesome workout! Works your legs the traditional way. You don't need any equipment for this one. You will feel it after. One note, I workout with my laptop so I depend on verbal instruction because I cannot see everything that is done. Unfortunately this is the only area I found an issue with. I had to look up from time to time to see what to do next.
