I am really sad at push ups but maybe with enough practice it will get better. This is an awesome overall workout!

I think this is a great arm workout. I wouldn't say it focuses mainly on biceps and triceps. There are a lot of push-ups and it gets your heart rate up. Using 5 pound weights, my arms don't really get exhausted, but then when I do the push-ups I really have to work. So, I'm still leaving it with the 5 pound weights.

a good workout for the entire arm, but all the getting up & down put too much strain on my knees and back.
