Great quick workout! Good to do with another cardio class for a tough wo. This is one of those classes that you dread to do because you know it is tough, but love to do because it gets easier and does end!

Every one of Joanne's classes I've done is great. She takes the time to show you what you are doing and how to do it correctly. This is a GREAT quick workout for the butt!
