This is an excellent class. I like the fact that it is done on the bench, rather than standing, so that you focus on your arm muscles. Many of the strength videos here have an element of cardio and sometimes I do not want to do any cardio - I am looking for a pure strength workout. Regarding fitness level, you can use as heavy weights as you want and watch the video more than once to get a more advanced workout.

Excellent class! I do this one a lot and it is very enjoyable. Valerie explains everything very well. I like the time it takes as well, fits in with my agenda. :)
