How can any exercises that look so easy be so effective on my body?? Wow. I feel like I am now 2 inches taller, and have done a great workout.

Excellent and thorough explanations. A very full workout for the beginner. I really found this one challenging but exciting as I was surprised at some of the moves I was able to do. Each move wasnt held for too long either but by the end I was exhausted. Glad to have tried this and will certainly do it again. Thanks Debbie. :)

I really love this class. I've never done anything like this before and only lasted about 1 month at the gym, 5 years ago! My physio ordered me to start a pilates class and I'm so glad I did! I've done the class about 10 times in the past 2 weeks. Debbie is excellent. She seems to make you work out without noticing. I'm hooked now... can't wait to try some of the other classes and actually look forward to doing it.

I tried windsor pilates and could not keep up. With this class I am learning some of the basic positions that other classes breeze through. Debbie provides a good foundation to pilates. Thank you

This was fabulous. She gave a lot of instruction for people with low back issues, so dont skip this thinking it may be hard on your back. By the end of the class I felt like I had gained more flexibility and it definitely worked my abs/core hard! Challenging too.

I thought this was a very good class. Since my abs are not real strong (or flat) I felt a few of the moves were a little hard, but challenging to do. Will do it again for sure.
