I love this class - the moves are really effective.I did it after a kick box cardio workout to give my body a thorough session. Will definitely be doing this regularly. I recommend following this with a nice stretch workout (the 8 min one by Joanne)

This class did have a good flow. This class provided a good quick pilates if you don't have much time or gives a good stretch to start/finish the day. Debbie was a clear instructor.

This is the best QUICK pilates I've ever done...and I've been doing pilates for about 4 years now. Highly recommend. Worth every minute.
