I added a step and a bit of high impact to this beginner class and it definitely took it to intermediate. It was awesome!! A great condensed 30 minute workout. Loved it. If your knees are able, make the moves high impact and you too will see an intermediate/advanced workout.

AWESOME Workout. Easy to follow. Instructor does a wonderful job of describing the steps. I wasn't listening to the music I was moving my body to burn those CALs. So I couldn't tell you if she was off beat . Who Cares. The point is moving ppl.

Instructor is terrific, but she needs better music so that she can keep in step to the beat. She did amazing with what she was given.

Good routine but is ruined by being out of time with the music.

easy to follow choreography, steady pace gets heart pumping while keeping impact easy on joints.

This was a good workout. The instructor does a great job of describing the steps, and calling them out with enough time to follow her. However, I agree with earlier comments she doesn't always stay with the beat. I think she loses it when she is explaining the next step, because once she gets going, she seems to be back on the beat. But I did find it a little distracting that we weren't always on the beat.

I cannot stand when the instuctor does not move with the beat. IF the beat is too fast pick another song. There are several vides with this issue on this site. IT makes me wonder if they lay the soundtrack down after taping or if the instructor just cant talk and keep the rythm. IT is too bad - these videos have such potential.
