Great workout if you are a begginer and you want something short and challenging compared to the low impact workouts! I wish there was some type of playlist so that it would immediately play anothe workout like a cool down.

Great for what it is -- a *short* cardio workout. Really good on days when you're low-energy or short on time. Would be better if the warm-up and cool-down were really minimized. But very enjoyable. I know I'll do it quite a few times. Thanks.

I would change the workout time in the description to 17 minutes, otherwise it's a great quick workout.

excellent for a short cardio workout. about 10 mins hi-impact, with warm-up & cool-down. good as a warm-up on strength training days.

It's a good workout; I agree with other comments...too much time on warm-up and wish it was longer.

Only 17 minute long (NOT 20), and only about 10 of that is actual cardio work.

For the time, it's good if you are in a time crunch, or if you want to break up your cardio during the day (would be great & quick for AM before work, school, etc) but I think an additional cardio would be needed later on.

Great quick workout! Is short, but great for the length. I do wish that Joanne would do a longer version!

It is a great workout but I agree - We need some more hi/low with at least 30 minutes.

The workout is good. But don't plan on 20 minutes of cardio. There is about 5 minutes of warm-up at the beginning and then 3 minutes of cool down at the end and it is only 17 minutes long. We need some more hi/low with at least 30 minutes. I would like some plyometrics in a high/low workout.

Very few sophisticated moves, great way to get your heart rate up. Towards the end, it could have been a little better, but I would do this workout again.
