I rate this class low because it is mislabeled. It is a pilates class and is probably intermediate. I'm dissapointed. I have done many of the pilates classes and was looking for a different workout, but this is exactly like the pilates classes, which are effective, but not what I was looking for today.

Who is the crack addict that decided this was a beginner workout? Good workout, but mislabeled.

I was surprised at this workout since it's allegedly for beginners. I usually do the 15 minute Core Basic one (which is great), but thought I'd give this a try. There are a few exercises here which could hurt someone who doesn't have a strong core or who has neck problems. One example is the straight leg situps. I thought those were found to be potentially injurious to the lower back years ago! Many of the exercises require you to hold your head off the floor for extended periods of time...definitely not good for someone who might have weak neck muscles or an injury. At no time was such a warning given. Someone new to exercise would assume these moves are safe based on the "Beginner" classification.

Everything I was doing in a twenty minute workout accomplished in under ten - I am very pressed for time, so I love it!
