Great class, a little bit less strenuous for me than kickbox 1 but maybe thats due to the lack of the dreaded power jack in this one. Overall great workout.

Joanne is excellent. I've done this workout a couple times now and love it. It makes me sweat. And I'm always amazed at how fast the 30 minutes goes by.
