I love Katie's Kundalini classes. This is another great addition to those already offered. Katie, I think a webinar would be a wonderful idea. Also, I find I need to stretch my muscles as much as possible, even after a yoga session. Could you address that? Thanks

It was unlike any yoga I have done before. It was interesting that she paid attention specifically to the arms in other yoga classes they seem to miss that.This video gets you warmed up and stretched in ten minutes,this would be good paired wiht another stretching video because of the body heat created.
