A series of simple, uncomplicated steps designed to get your heart rate moving.  The addition of hand weights in this class makes it a more challenging workout than the Walk Aerobics 1 class.

IF YOU REALLY WANT TO DO WALK AEROBICS DO THIS ONE AND THE # 1 FIRST AND #2 AFTER IT REALLY WORKOUT YOU WHOLE BODY.
