A reasonable beginning work out. I don't see the point in having the music if the class doesn't follow the beat. I also think the description should indicate whether a cooldown is included. I was hoping for 15 min of aerobics. The workout wasn't long enough for me.

I am a beginner and found this class easy to follow and liked the instructor. Worked up a sweat. Instructor was not continually changing steps where it usually is a struggle to keep up being a beginner.

First time around(fast) trouble following.Second time around was able to work out more & got more out of it, 3rd time better, 4th time around,yes hanging in there. Twice in one day, getting faster & beginning to feel & see a difference. I left & did some other excercise back today, WOW Thank you, CK

PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS (LIKE ME) WHO LACK COORDINATION. The moves were very easy to follow, and for once I didn't feel like I was going to trip over my own feet. Plus, I worked up a pretty good sweat. Love it!
