great as an add-on to a cardio workout. focus is on biceps & triceps.

Moves are a little too quick to make for even concentric and eccentric contracions. The final combo move especially.

I hate strength exercises, and these short ones are really going to help me. The instructor is great about modeling correct form in a way that is very easy for a beginner to grasp.
