Great back workout! I wish the lower-back part were at the end instead of the beginning. Sometimes my lower back gets so sore it's hard to do the upper-back work! Great workout, thanks.

The first exercise on the stability ball is a difficult balancing act. The rest of the class is solid. Once again make sure you select a weight that will challenge you, but let you finish the class.

Excellent back workout. Something I usually miss in my workouts, so this is the perfect class for me. Great workout and a good amount of time on the back.
