I really like the 5 minute series. I am not very motivated doing abs on my own. Great variety and nice to have an instructor pushing me : )

I'm in the military and always max my situps, but lacked the ability to do variations. This video kicked my butt and is a great starter video, plus useful for quick and on the go.
