WOW...that's all I can say. 1st time I ever tried this stuff. I am not sure what I did, but it kicked my abs & got a workout & a stretch, and I felt rejuvenated afterwards.

Great ab workout, I am getting back into shape and I was able to do this fine. You can understand her very clearly, I will do this workout again! The workout is only just over 8 minutes though.

Wow! A short, but killer ab routine! Debbie does a great job explaining each move and I like how she moves quickly from one move to the next I'll definitely do this one again.
