Love the short Pilates classes! I've really grown to like the Pilates flow and adding it onto the end of my workouts. The short classes are great as I often don't have enough time to devote to the full mat workout. Debbie is a great instructor!

I appreciated that Debbie followed classic Pilates flow and felt that her workout was challenging; however, her pace was just too fast, even for someone who has been doing studio pilates for years.
