I really like the controlled movements of pilates and I did this class after the intense Boot Camp class- it's a good cooling down class while still working the important core muscles.

Good class. More advanced classes in the line up would be great. Twenty-five to thirty-five minutes would be good as well.

This is not as challenging as the advanced short form, which strangely is the same length as the long form!
