Ideal beginners class. I had given up on step classes previously because I couldn't keep up with the moves, but this workout makes me want to keep at it. Well done Cindi

Excellent beginner class. The instructor was easy to follow, and the workout, even though a beginner class, gave a good cardiovascular workout. the instructor was great.

It has been a long time since I did step and this work out brought all the steps flooding back! I enjoyed the routine - Cindi builds the elements up to a final blast - felt I had achieved something!

Love it! I really like that there is a warm up and a cool down. I noticed that others don't always include these very important parts of a work out.
