Sun Salutations are a series of yoga poses done in succession so that one pose flows into the next.  The purpose of Sun Salutations is to warm up the body for more intense stretches.

Nice series and the instructor is great. Just a preference of mine, but I like to do my sun salutations a bit slower and really get into each movement.

This is a delightful class after a kettlebell workout. This stretches and calms and assists in recovery. I recommend it highly.

The teacher is alright, but I wish this were a better overall yoga workout with a few more postures to warm up with before going through a lot of sun salutations (which are great, but I want to be warm and ready for them).

I wish I had read the comments 1st. Luckily I happened upon it at the right time. I totally agree and planned to say this was great after a bike ride. It was the perfect cool down/stretch.

I recommend this class after a hard workout to finish up stretching and opening the hips. Great class and instructor.
