Ditto to what Sara said. Combine this with the 5 min abs and do about couple of sets and you've got a great workout.

Although it is actually 9 minutes, this is an AWESOME and HIGHLY effective workout, my obliques were sore for a few days. This with the 5 minute ab video is a great combo!
