Really works the abs but boring straight crunches. I prefer some variety and exercises that you don't realize your working your abs.

Yes I love this class too! It goes well with the other beginner ones and works my muscles really well. I like to do the 2 and 3 ones at different times each day so that I get a good overall workout!
