Excellent full body workout. Fast pace enough to keep the heart rate up while toning muscles. I loved it!

Wow, this is an intense workout, probably the hardest one I've done on here - I was whacked and my face was like a beetroot afterwards! A good overall workout for cardio and strength. Will be doing this again to push my fitness. Shirley's great!

Very intense workout. My heart was pounding! The moves are easy to figure out. It's a mix of hi/low, basic step, weights and floorwork. You need a fair amount of room available for this workout -- I was a bit cramped in my office. But it's a great workout. I was exhausted afterward. Thanks!

With a 5 minute ab or oblique series, this workout with be awesome for the shorter time allotment! Great for busybodies and the timecrunched!
