This is a great low impact workout. She does a great job of explaining the right way to do each move. I didn't give it a 5 for 2 reasons: 1: I thought the warm up was a bit boring. 2: I have bad knees, and there were too many squats. I also really don't see the point of adding music if the instructors aren't going to follow the beat. However, since that seems to be a common issue on this site, I'm not going to ding this video b/c of it.

Good for an easy routine to follow but still works the legs. More advanced people will want to jog and add jumps to get a good workout.

Not too difficult, but some challenging moments! Works everything without hurting the knees. It didn't get my heart rate up superhigh, but I worked up a little sweat. My husband got really out of breath from doing this workout, but he does not regularly do any type cardio.

I loved this! Not too hard but still a challenge. Galina kept me in time with lots of counting which I appreciated a lot. I will definitely do this one again!
