Really good yoga class! Great strengthening routine, and I love the music. I'm often quite sore after this class.

good overall strength routine, about 30 mins with 10 min meditation/cooldown. great instructor!!

I love it! Best yoga class I have taken on this site. Challenging but relaxing to. The instructors voice is calming.

This class was challenging and I was very relaxed afterwards. Great cool down/meditation exercise at the end. Words of the instructor were very soothing.

A lot better than the yoga tapes that I have at home. This is stimulating and I feel better after doing it jus tlike my old yoga class.
