I enjoyed this class so much! Joanne is an an amazing instructor. Love her! I am quite new to kickboxing, so this was challenging enough for me. However,my fitness level is quite high due to circuit training/running etc so after maybe a few classes I feel I'd need more of a challenge. If you're superfit, this may not be challenging enough for you; try a harder class if there is one.

Great workout and super music (which makes a big difference). The cooldown was a big long for me, as I was looking for 30 minutes of strong cardio.

I love this instructor, all of her classes are great. This particular workout is the best! Although its not extremely challenging I felt like I just ran 5 miles!
