Very good workout I liked the fact that the instructor used slow moves so you could use heavier weights. I would like to see more strength workouts that incorporate heavy weights. It was mostly an arm workout, though. There were no ab moves and I felt that it didn't work my legs enough.

Good instructor. Maybe a longer class would be good to have more reps for each exercise.
