Intermediate Step - Circuit

This intermediate-level step class incorporates an added challenge: circuit training.  This form of training involves moving quickly from one exercise to another to keep your cardio level up while simultaneously working all major muscle groups.

My only complaint is that she isn't mirroring the class. She would say right foot because she was on her right foot, but to keep up, I had to be on my left foot. It took a little to get used to.

Very good workout. I agree that some of the cues were confusing, but it was a great for both cardio and toning.

Creative and different steps. I liked the arm work mixed in to break up the step combos. I agree the timing and mirroring was confusing at times but someone experienced with step can work it out.

the cueing is a bit difficult, but if you know how to count and are a experienced stepper, this class will make you sweat with modifications!

Theinstructor needs to mirror image correctly. Facing the camera forces you to call just the opposite when you are asking anyone to follow. The ideas are good, but the execution is not.
