Good workout! I like that it was a little longer and not super-rushed between each exercise. Some days I'm up for the high-speed use-every-second classes, but not always. This one's a little lower-key, and it's good to really concentrate on form for a bit. There were some interesting balance challenges as well as good standard weight workouts. The instructor has a great personality! Thanks.

this was a alright class like i said before i think this girl is very fit she doesnt seem to get tired at all good instuctor all around

I thought this workout could have been done more efficiently. I did not get a cardio benefit at all. The weight training is good -- all the standard stuff.
