This certainly helped me at the office. I will try and do it more often. Great for energizing later in the afternoon. Katie-I'd be interested in a webinar, I'd like to ask more questions etc, and work toward tailoring my yoga practice to what I need at this time such as stress reduction, encouraging creativity and focus. Thanks!
