Fun variety of exercises! I like using the different props. I got one of those balance trainers on Amazon ($15), and it's quite challenging. I wasn't quite sure which size to buy, but I ordered one with dimensions of 12.5 x 10 x 4 inches (I guess 12.5 means the diameter), and it's the same as what's in the video.

I believe this is more of intermediate and not an advance class. It is a good workout though!
