Good Pilates class! Very good instructor. I can't say that I'm sure about Pilates' effectiveness in general, but I throw it in occasionally to change up my routine. This is certainly a well-done class. Challenging. The balancing is difficult in some moves. I like the rolling movements. You definitely need a soft mat for this class. Thanks!
