This is nice for a low impact class, but I wanted it to be a little more challenging. Maybe adding light weights would achieve that.

Well this was unexpected. I would never have tried a "walk" work out. But I am a big Blackerby fan so I decided to give it a shot. Walk aerobics is a little misleading. This is very low impact but challenging at the same time. I love how she slowly builds up to high intensity. Things seem easy at first. But your heart really gets going 15 minutes in. I love JOANNE! Great instructor and she can follow the beat (unlike other instructors on this site). :)

Great cueing, great for low impact, easy on knees like Cherrie said, and it is also great for when your shins are sore! Also good for moderate aerobics, especially if you really put your arms to use. =]

great workout! Really gets the heart rate up with the squats and leg moves. No impact on the back if you have back problems!

This is a great workout for those who have knee concerns. It is often difficult to get a good aerobic workout, sufficient to really raise the heart rate, on low impact workouts. This one brings up the sweat, while being very gentle on the knees. I do it daily!

Wow!! I really didn't notice the 33 minutes passing, I enjoyed that so much. I feel as if I really worked too. I really love Joannes classes as they are so well structured and so much easier for me to follow than many others. This is another great one. Thanks Joanne!! :D
