Great workouts. I love Joanne and her energy. More Kettlebell and Medicine Ball workouts please! They are so effective and whittle the waist area well!

Fun & different! I started with a 7-lb. kettlebell but imagine I can progress quickly. Feels very different from using dumbbells. I liked it and will try the others too! Thanks!

Have always wanted to try kettlebell and was thinking about signing up for a class. When I saw you added one, I went out and bought a kettlebell, tried the workout and am sold. Brings a whole new dimension to my worksouts. Can wait until you add more workouts. Thanks!
