This is a really fun class; complicated moves, different to what I am accustomed, but its important to challenge and find new muscles and parts of the body to exercize -- this was really cross training for me.

Well Shirley really is fun. Being a complete dance beginner I found the moves a bit strange and a bit tricky at first but I felt able to keep going because the music was good and Shirley was really motivational. I really enjoyed this a lot. Thanks very much Shirley. :)
