It's nice to find a workout that incorporates cardio, lower body, abs and stretching - really great for me, as sometimes when I add-on classes I end up repeating stuff. 40 minutes no problems, endured last 10 on the floor with my toddler climbing over me, who needs weights!

I loved it. I have arthritis in my knees but I could still do this workout. I really worked up a sweat and feel like I got a great workout.

I liked it, the pace was good and you get a good overall workout and stretching.

Good combination of cardio and strength. I enjoy this class a lot because of the variety.

The instructor always looking off to the side was distracting, I felt she was always watching for someone to bring her something to tie her hair back. Wasn't a whole lot different than the other kickbox class she teaches.

I enoyed the pilates element, it complimented the initial cardio well. I feel like I've had a good total workout both in terms of cadio and flexibility/stretching as opposed to having to watch a warm up and cool down.

Surprisingly low-key class with much more of a yoga/pilates vibe than all-out kickboxing. Also, you need a mat for the floor work at the end.

I was excited when I saw it was 50 min., but the class only has 30 minutes of cardio and the rest of the class is strength, stretching. I would have preferred a longer kickboxing class.
