She is a good instructor. Pretty basic class. Easy to follow. Didn't like the stopping in the middle to stretch two times and then another break to do abs. Would be better if she did step straight through and then did abs and stretch at the end.

I was hoping for a 40 minute step class building in intensity but it slowed down in the middle and I hardly broke a sweat. I did like the first routine but the cueing was off at times and difficult to follow. Would have liked a full 40 minute step class instead stopping to do a few abs.

I throughly enjoyed this class. It was easier choregraphy, yet never got boring. Loved the short ab sessions. I would like to see more step classes with her!!!!

Great class! Galena gives great cues and was always on beat with the music. Some of her other classes were very easy/basic. This one was a bit more challenging - but I love the fact that it was a longer workout. I wish you had more classes 45-60 minutes.

Wonderful workout!! I have been doing step more years than I care to admit and have tried most of the step classes on this site. Most are pretty good but this one is the best. The only negative is that a few of her cues are just a wee bit late, otherwise excellent job!! Thank you for adding this class. Please continue to add more like it.
