Don't pass over this class because it only has 20 minutes of cardio. I'm over 40 too and need at least 30 minutes of it a day! BUT, I just added basic step moves when she was doing arm / strength training and added 10 minutes of cardio. It rocked and I am wet from sweat - head to toe!

I thoroughly enjoyed. This whole workout was right at my level to push myself but not impossible. The final combo did get me though.

Awesome class. 20 minutes of weights followed by 20 minutes of step aerobics. The weights are challenging, and the step has really fun, interesting choreography. Jennifer's a great instructor!!!

I think Jennifer is the best instructor on here. This class is excellent. I like that it's total body and longer than most workouts on here.

Really liked the combos! Not too difficult and easy to follow. Her cuing was backwards...but not a problem at all!
