Joanne is one of my favorite instructors, and her classes are always energizing & challenging. This one was no different! It was a good workout, but for some reason it was very hard on my wrists - I had to break towards the end of the standing poses because my wrists were giving out on me. I may just need to work up to this class a little bit more!

Joanne explains the poses very well, but I was not able to enjoy the class. I needed more voice cuing as we repeated the sun salutations. Every time I looked up at the screen, I was in a different spot in the sequence than the instructor. And I know it's okay to go at your own pace, but I really don't like doing things out of time with the instruction. So I was always skipping part of the salutation to try to get back to the same speed. I couldn't get into the whole yoga mindset because I was racing to catch up. Also, the same sequences are repeated many times. I ended up quitting before the end of the class. But this is only my experience, and many others may enjoy this class. Joanne certainly has a great personality and is very positive. I'd suggest trying the class and seeing if it's right for you! Thanks.

Good intermediate class. I love the music and the energizing flow. Her cues are good but inconsistent. I found myself looking up at the screen more than I would have wanted.
