Wow, this could easily be labeled a cardio workout! Really gets your heart rate up. The pace is challenging with a heavy kettlebell! Easy to learn but hard to do. I would like it better only if there was a little more variety of moves. Thanks.

This is a great addition to the kettlebell workout. My only thing is watch that lower back! I had to drop a weight at one point--but the benefits are fantastic! I'll take as many kettlebells classes that are offered!
