This is a must do at the end of each cardio ! Excellent instructions/guidance, calm voice, excellent encouragement to allow your body to release into each stretch. She really knows what she is doing. I wish she had an hour long stretch class ! How do I find out how many other classes she instructs ? Would definately love to see more of her.
