this should have been labeled as a step class. I stopped half way through as I was too focused on doing steps and not getting my workout in.

Wow! That really challenged my arms. Coordinating the arms with the step takes some coordination. Not for beginners. I appreciated that there weren't a bunch of squats. Nice to have an aerobic workout that focuses more on arms. I wish there were more classes (combo) that were 45-60 minutes long.

Shirley, you are in incredible shape! This workout was fun and different. Great arm sculpting, abs and surprisingly aerobic. Wish there could have been a little more isolated leg exercises though. Overall fun and different workout. I liked the length of the class as well. Keep em'coming.!!!!
