Very challenging and different! Wish the foam rollers were softer -- I always have to use a mat (folded over several times) on top of mine before lying on it (and then I have the mat to contend with, but oh well). The balance exercises are really a challenge! I have yet to manage to sit up off the roller without lifting a leg -- I'll keep trying though!

really different ab workout! Very difficult, but felt great. Can you use a smaller ab foam roller? Mine wasn't as long, but I made do.............. Please add more of these foam roller workouts!
