I think of the moves as more stretching than yoga but it is a good lower body stretch.

I had never done yoga before. I added this at the end of an intense workout & not only was it relaxing but I could really feel the stretch on my back & backs of my legs, which are very tight areas for me. I'll definately come back to this one.
