Love, Love, Love this class. A great all body workout and a lot more challenging then I thought it would be. Please add more callentics courses.

Really interesting class! Very unique -- the arm work was different from anything I've seen. I liked this class better than Pilates. Would love to see more Callanetics classes. The quad exercise at the very end was killer! Galina is a very good instructor, thanks!
