I call this one my "brain class". It was a tough but challenging work out. I do this class in the morning when I have an important meeting or presentation later in the day. The moves make you think and get your neurons firing for a great day! Watch your knees though. The reverse steps and around the world moves can put strain on them - but it's easy to adapt if you are experienced at stepping

Now, finally, this was a great step class! Fun combinations, good cueing, I think she only made one mistake, tricky combos, but she broke them down well, which made it easy to follow. Most important, she was on the beat and on the one count. We need more Step like this, please!

I normally find Jennifer's step classes difficult to follow, but her advanced cues in this are excellent & I was able to keep up. The steps are in time with the music, which makes a difference. This class was really enjoyable & I will do this again.
