Once you get to learn the movements of this class, it is truly wonderful, opening the hips and relaxing the lower back.

I felt instant relief in my knees, hips and lower back. This is wonderfully relaxing and yet I felt challenged. Great instructor, I enjoyed her listening to her voice. If you an avid Kripalu fan you will love this :)

Not only did this class loosen my hips, but it also felt great for my lower back, arms and legs! It was very relaxing, yet still made your muscles work.
